I want to purchace a second mini box but wont let me use the black friday offer

I want to purchace a second mini box but wont let me on the black friday offer as I'm a valued platinum customer.  Only open to new customers. Where is the loyalty

A lot of offers, Black Friday or otherwise, are geared towards new customers and this has been discussed on the forum boards many times. By the way you can't purchase a mini box. They are loaned to you like the main Sky Q box.
