None of my apps are working or showing

I've tried all the suggested steps and nothing works. I can't use any apps as they're not showing. 

The mic on my remote isn't working either.

 

I've tried doing the settings-001 and that doesn't bring anything up.

Hi @JunePage 

First thing to do is a Software Update to make sure the box is on the latest Software.
Home - settings - System info - Highlght Software version.

Latest version is Q230.000..................

if you are not on the version above then select Setup and then select Update this box with latest Software.

However bear if mind that when you select Setup (in Setting - System info - Software version) the message received will always be update this box with the latest software even if the box is already on the latest version.
Updating when already on the latest version achieves nothing and the box software is not refreshed.
All Q boxes and minis should be on the same software version.

If your box is already on Q230........ then next step is to try refreshing the Apps in the Hidden menu.

To enter hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select.
Select Apps 
then highlight Refresh all Apps on this box.
You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'. This will stay on screen until you press Dismiss to return to normal viewing
It’s recommended waiting at least 5 minutes before doing so.

Refresh Apps can take up to 24 hrs to complete .

 

Regarding your remote microphone not working first check that the tiny hole below the top Sky button is not blocked with any debris.

If it is OK then

Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
