Just got a sky q mini box and have gone through all the steps to connect but it fails at the end all the menus - tv guide, recordings etc are there but it says it's not connected to a Q box. I've checked the status on the main box and all four items are ticked. Have restarted both boxes but still no luck this was what I got yesterday afternoon, turned it all off and just tried again today but same outcome - and help?
