I returned all my three sky boxes with remotes and wires and a signal booster.

I returned all my three sky boxes with remotes and wires And also the signal booster because I cancelled my account with Sky. I recieved an email from sky that they recieved the equipment. 
Then sky emailed me that their is one sky Qtb uhd left which I need to return. Or they will charge me £100. I have no idea what this equipment is. Kindly look into this matter.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
