I need to talk to the technical team, sky had been inconsistently not working for the last year,
sky has not been working properly since last engineer visit. Both mini box and main box cannot operate simultaneously and 4K doesn't work. If I am unable to talk to a human on these issues then I would look to cancel subscription today. The engineer changed the box on the last visit, and said if this doesn't resolve the issues then the satellite is the likely issue

We are humans on here but you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here. This is primarily a customer to customer forum.
It isn't an issue with the satellite, it's possibly an issue with your satellite dish. If you want another engineer visit give Sky a call as before.

The satellite dish, presumably, rather than the very expensive hardware trio in geosynchronous orbit...

When you say 4K doesn't work, can you add more detail there? Is that broadcast or downloaded or both? And what happens? Presumably you're paying for UHD?
