I need a replacement sky box sent out

I need a replacement box for the sky sent out to me as I've gone through all the trouble shoots and it still doesn't work

Perhaps if you explain what the issue is we may be able to help you.

 

If you do need to contact Sky and they arrange a doorstep swap of your box please remember to remove the viewing card from the faulty box before the delivery driver disappears with it.
