I just need a new hub…..mine has never been replaced for sky q

Internet keeps dropping off on a daily basis. The cable is fine but the hub must be 10 year old. Please send a new hub asap for sky q

You'll need to talk to Sky to diagnose it and they might decide it's faulty. I've escalated this post, watch for a blue chat bubble at the bottom of the page, while on this site.


Not sure what you mean by "hub" - the Q box itself? Won't be ten years, maybe close to 8 if you were in on day 1. I think it was first launched in early 2016.

 

You could also probably pay for an upgrade  to get a new (or possibly refurbed) one that can do HDR.
