I have subscribed to Disney+ But have been unable to watch it .

I have recently subscibed to Disney + Sky says I have a subsciption and need to create a disney account .

When I go on disney to create an account it says I need to subscribe. I am being bounced back and forth between the two and cant watch what I have paid for. The same is happening with Discovery +

Has anyone had this problem and if so how did you resolve it
