I have streamed 5 series of Nashville, but season 6 only has episode 6 available. Why?

I have successfully streamed 5 seasons of Nashville (although ep1 season 3 was missing).  However season 6 (which I believe was 16 episodes) only has ep 6 available.  Any ideas why?

If you open the My5 app directly and search within it, all 16 episodes of Nashville season 6 are available to stream.

Sadly My5 not available on SkyQ but does seem to be available on my smart TV so will sign up and access that way.  Many  thanks 😊
