I have sky sports but it’s not working
I have the sky sport package but none of the sky sports channels are working??

It says I need to upgrade my package to watch. But I already have the full sky UHD package??

It says I need to upgrade to watch (like it would if I didn't have the channel/pay for the sports package )
but I do pay for the full sky sports UHD package....

hi @MarkHG509
When you say full sports UJD package do you mean the Full SPorts Pack & the UHD pack as the UHD add on is not specifically Sporrts but any SKY content in UHD - the Sports pack is separate (In HD as standard in the UK)

@MarkHG509 Thats correct because somtimes the chanlle wont be updated on the viewing card, Only once we repair it. It will update on your subscripition. Call Sky and ask the to pair your Viewing Card.

In the future you may not need to call. You can refresh your viewing card yourself by pressing home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback. It doesn't actually mean a phone call it is Sky's terminology and this will be done over the internet.
