Sky Q box, some News channels Inc GBNews not available for 3 weeks

On my Sky Q box, at least 5 channels in the News section have been unavailable "this channel is affected by a problem with your satellite signal"  since 14 May, e.g. 502, 506, 511, 512 and 513. There may be other channels affected. I can't find any reason for this online, can't find a Help phone number. One is Al Jazeera, one is GB News, have they ceased broadcasting?

Last year GB News moved to a different transponder that has a wider footprint which may result in a misaligned dish losing the channel. 

If a “no satellite signal” message is displayed, that relates to your Sky Q box, so firstly check that the connections from the Sky dish going into the back of your Sky Q box are still finger tight. Also check out the troubleshooting on this link

It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish.

A misalignment is not necessarily something that will be visible to the naked eye and could only affect one or two channels. If you’re on a communal dish you may initially need to liaise with your landlord or building management company who deal directly with their approved engineers.
