I have sky cinema which also gives you paramount + it’s asking me to sign in but I have never signed In so don't know email or password. 
It has sent me a password reminder via email but it's not coming to my email

not sure what to do to get this info

You cannot sign in or use Paramount plus until you have subscribed and set up a Account.

it says I have an account but I didn't set it up so I don't know the sign in info
