I have multi room but cannot watch Bt sports on the mini sky box.it tells me to subscribe however I

Mult screen- cannot acc as Bt sports on mini tv box despite subscription. Message comes up to subscribe?

@Lynni6  Did you subscribe through BT direct?  If so you need their multi room type sub for the mini which is an additional; cost.

 

If you subscribed through Sky it should allow access to the mini.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
