I have discoveryplus am try to access some programs and its saying a need to upgrade my pass

I have searched several times to try and get Discovery Plus working on a Sky Q box and found nothing helpful so solve our problem. The APp is installed but it always asks to Upgrade Pass, Going into MySky shows we have the App as long as we are subscribed to Sky. I decided to try and delete the App and re-install the App so we could go though the sign up sequence again.
If you go into the Discovery App on Sky and go to the menu on the left hand side, the bottom entry is My Account. Select it and you have headings 'Subscriptions, etc, etc, SignOut' . I signed out and then was offered the QR code again. I used my iPad to read the QR code (but you can just type the link instead) and signed in and entered the TV screen Code (6 digits) and was signed in again.
So now all up and running after 2 years of occasional attempts!!!
