I recently upgraded to Sky Q with an additional Mini box. The engineer installed a Extender Hub to allow the mini box to connetc to main Sky Q box. Since then i have chnaged broadband providers from BT to Fibrus. The main Q box connects but the mini is not connecting. Does the extender automatically pick up the new broadband IP address or do you need to do something to the extender? I have rest the netowrk several tiems on the mini, it does see the new broadband and does connect, but only for 10-20 secs and then drops it.
