I have Sky Q , every 2-3 days I loose the TV schedule for 5 + days in advance

Rebooting/resetting system does not work - I have to continually go to settings , system info, software version , setup and it constantly says update this box with the latest software . If I update this then corrects the issue for 2-3 days. Is this a know irritating issue or a problem with my Sky Q box?
