I have Sky Q. The tv is working, but the remote won't let me move left or right, only up or down
My Sky Q is playing, but remote won't let me move left or right, only up or down. So I can turn the box on and off and go up and down the menu, but can't access my apps or recordings. I've turned the box on and off and changed the batteries in the remote, but nothing. Anyone help please?
Could be something as simple as a remote button stuck down or a little bit of dust stuck under a button.
