I have 3 tvs and the main tv does not have sky but the mini boxes do

My main tv keeps asking for us to link the puck etc but it won't work so no sky on main tv but sky on other two tvs with mini box

@Melon3  A Puck is a Sky Streamin device and has nothing to do with Sky Q, so which setup do you have?

 

With Sky Q you have the main Q box with Q mini boxes.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
