The person who replased our tv box left the viewing card inside the old box and we cant get it back

Thr person how swapped our TV box knew basically no English and left thr viewing card inside the old box so now we are left with a TV box we don't know how to connect and no viewing card and every time we call its a robot talking and we are still paying for something we can't use any help or same situation?

You aren't the first person to leave their viewing card in the faulty box. It's not the couriers fault or responsibility to check. You will need to persevere on the phone to order a replacement.
