I cannot access sky, my sky remote will not turn sky box on, i have checked batteries and my connec,

My sky remote will not turn on my sky Q box, I can turn volume up and down and mute but nothing else, I have checked the batteries and my Internet connection which are all fine, I have also switched everything off left it for a couple of minutes then switched back on, still not working. so now I can't watch sky. It was fine 2 nights ago. It was ladt night that I could not get it working .

As you say you have tried powering down your box, may I suggest you try a reset of your remote:

Press & Hold the 7 & 9 until the remote's light (red LED above the SKY logo button) flashes 4 times

Then press 1 & 3 together to go through to re-pair with the box and your TV - make sure it has line of sight of the box as until it is paired it uses Infrared

(Unfortunately it wil stop controlling your TV volume & on/off until re-paired)
