I select a new program the info bar comes up and it all works correctly and I can press the back button and get rid of that as normal but as soon as I get rid of that one the one that won't disappear is always there.

@lee+cleaver It sounds like your TV presenting this so you'll need to find the TV's own remote to remote it.

As far as I remeber Sky Q only has an infomration bar at the bottom of the screen.
