As above, I applied for a new Sky remote online but have since received a text saying Sky are unable to process my request. I'm not sure why this would he, having been a customer for 19 years!

In the meantime if you have an Apple device with Sky Go you can set up a virtual remote to control your Q boxes.

@oldfella Thanks, but this is the same form I completed yesterday. I was told a new remote would be sent with 3-5 days, but then later received a text to say they were unable to process my request. I'll try again.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI saw another post yesterday reporting the same. It may be quicker to purchase a new remote from a retailer or larger supermarket. If you do that as well as the above you’ll potentially have a spare.
