I am constantly having problems with network connectivity with sky Q

Hi there, really hoping you can help. 

I have BT Fibre with Halo 3+ and Sky Q with two sky mini boxes.  I am contantly losing network connection to all three and it is becoming really frustrating.  I do not have any other network problems with other devices (computers, phones, anything connected to wifi) just sky.  The whole process to reconnect takes ages and I am wondering what can be done to reduce the problem.

How is it connected?  (So you have WiFi discs?)

By default the Q will create it's own mesh on 5GHz ch 36.  It's possible the BT system is overlapping that frequency.  If possible you may be able to disable that network and use the BT system via Ethernet (if the discs have spare ports nears the Q boxes).
