Can anyone advise on what to do? Our sky+ box hard drive failed so we asked to upgrade to sky Q through the live help chat in December. They said they'd put it through, gave an installation date of 10th January and to expect an e-mail within 48 hours confirming it. The e-mail never came, and someone from Sky rang up saying there had been an error in the system and it hadn't gone through. So they put it through again, and we waited. No e-mail. This was over Christmas so rang up early January, they said there had been an error again. All they say is that there is an error with the 'IT system' and it's not going through. Another person tried to put it through again and gave a new installation date of 10th February, but still no e-mail of confirmation. We can't seem to get anyone to look into it and are stuck in an infinite cycle of speaking to customer service advisors who do the same thing each time which fails each time. They keep saying they've put notes on the system, but nothing is done. Can anyone recommend how on earth we get the sky q upgrade from here?!

Thanks - done that, and waiting for a response but not holding out any hope. I don't understand what's happening!
