Can’t activate paramount plus

We have had Sky Q since August and we have paramount plus- but it won't activate !

 

same message everytime 

 

we can't do that at the moment

we hope to have everything back to normal soon. Please try again later

I've tried everything.

tried the QR code numerous time- same message

tried the direct link- doesn't work

tried sky app- tells me I must sign in on tv

called numerous times to be told to come into sky community. I love how Sky relies on their customers to self diagnose and fix the problem and then be the only customer support offered. 

 

Im sorry. Very Frustrated that as a Sky customer you cannot speak to anyone ever. At all. Even live chat is a bot. How is this even remotely okay?

 

I sadly have sky Q sports and entertainment ,Sky broadband and Sky mobile. Talk about all your eggs in one basket. Looking forward to cancelling when contact is up.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced..

I do. Paramount plus is part of my package.
