If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

I don't know your community rules but the help on offer is REALLY BAD - in fact, I can get NO HELP AT ALL  and I pay 39,99 to have a second box in my bedroom

Hi @SCM54   The full price (without discounts) is only £15 a month for your Mini box. I don't know what it is in €. So 39.99 is ridiculous. It is called Multiscreen. Please see Welcome below for the community rules.
