How to pair viewing card with replacement sky q box without internet

Hi. I need help pairing my existing  viewing card with a replacement sky q box. I don't have internet other than my phone.  Any help appreciated thanks

I'm a bit surprised you have Sky Q without an internet connection as much of its functionality depends on it. I think you'll have to give Sky a call to see if they can pair the Card for you.
