We changed our sky package last year and with that it included a Netflix subscription. So we linked our Netflix account to the new sky account. I have two kids who both use different tablets, but with this new package I am only able to download content onto one device. I am happy to pay to be able to do this but as this is through sky I need to do it through them. But return to figure out who I speak to about it is impossible. Any help???

@Kirstywhiteside88 as per @GD1 with Netflix it depends on what packages you have with Sky, as to how many screens and what resolution you get Netflix in see below
Netflix Basic Sky Ultimate TV Pack (1 screen)
Netflix Standard Sky Ultimate TV Pack and Sky HD pack (2 Screens)
Netflix Premium Sky Ultimate TV Pack and Sky HD pack plus Sky UHD Pack (4 Screens)
