We are looking at moving our tv from where it currently is, however our router is connected to the ethernet therefore we can't move the wifi box. The issue we have is that the wifi router is also connected to our sky Q box, via a wire, I wondered how we go about setting the router up to be wireless to the sky Q box?

If you are moving your TV then I assume your are also moving your Q box. The Qbox is also connected to the television by HDMI cable which must be used as there is no alternative.
Bear in mind also that the Q box is connected to the Satellite dish by twin cables which must remain connected.
