How to cancel subscription for sky cinema

Hi, I have a problem. By mistake, I subscribed to Sky Cinema and I don't want it so how I can cancel that now

To remove part of your Sky Q/+ TV package you need to give 31 days notice. You can either call Sky or use the messaging service to cancel this
