Over the past 3 to 4 weeks pixelation happens while watching live, recorded and streaming programmes across all broadcasters (Sky, Prime, Netflix, BBC etc). Not weather related either. This is through Sky Q. Done usual checks of switching off, unplugging, reconnecting etc on Sky Q, TV, AV sound system and Internet hub and boosters. This had only ever happened before in adverse weather conditions, however it happens much more frequently now. Our Sky dish is looking a bit rusty, but other than that I am at a loss, I'm paying over £100 per month to have programmes and films spoiled, please sort it out and don't phone and treat us like idiots, we have done all the usual checks, reboots etc.

If you believe the rusty dish is the source of the problem then you'll need to ring Sky to arrange an engineer visit. They will check the dish alignment, LNB and cabling and replace if necessary.
