How to add sky comedy to package

Would like to add sky comedy

Hi @O+philip   What package are you currently on? Sky Comedy SD should be part of the base package (not Essentials).

@O+philip What service do you use? Q? Stream? Glass?

Either way, it's not a channel you can add on its own and would mean moving from the Essentials to Ultimate TV package. You should be able to do this via the Manage Content Packs section of the TV tab in the My Sky app.

Sky Comedy is available in the basic Sky signature package. Unless you only have the Essentials package (free channels only) you should already have Sky Comedy.

Only on Sky Q, if you're a Glass or Stream customer you need the Ultimate TV package don't you?

Are you trying to watch the live channel or download a programme from it ?
