How many mini boxes can I have?
Hi, my question is also about how many mini boxes that I can have with my sky box. I have looked at the label on my sky box (with difficulty because it was underneath and all plugged in!) It is a 1 T so I'm assuming I can only have the 1 mini box as per a previous message. But it also says unless it is a 1T UHD box.....I'm unsure on țhis but I am able to watch UHD content (films) so does this count??
Thanks

@Penpot it sounds like you have a 1 TB UHD box but you can check which box you have by following this link
With all Q boxes you can have a maximum of 4 mini boxes conected but as you rightly say on the old non UHD 1TB boxes you can only watch on 1 mini box at at time.
With any of the 2 TB boxes and the newer 1 TB UHD box you can watch on 2 mini boxes at the same time
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Sky Broadband Hub/SR203, Sky Ultrafast broadband

Re: How many mini boxes can I have?
Hi,
Thank you for the quick response!
I have checked my hardware version and it is 32B212 so looks like it is the 1T UHD box.
Thank you...
