Afraid you cannot @cathy+holmes .

There is a limited amount of Ch 5 content on demand on Q but not the My5 App

I can't get it on my tv, it says I'm not subscribed, but I can get it on my 5 on sky go on my iPad or phone

hi @Silverlady22 

do you mean a Smart TV or do you mean trying to download on your SKY Q box from the MY5 Catch up area ?

If the latter, do you have the HD add on  ?

If not you, probably, just need to change your download preference to SD
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences

(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)
