How do i find non-SKY programmes from search, as ITV3 etc?

I have just had installed SKY Q from SKY +.  I am trying to find how to search for programmes that are not on SKY channels, as ITV 3, in fact all channels BBC, ITV etc? For example trying find episodes of Sharp or Hornblower etc.

You can have a play with using your voice control button so depress the button and say (for example) Hornblower.

Thank you for the quick reply. I did try the voice search, at first it didn't like my accent......but it could not find Hornblower or Sharp!

All channels are included in the Sky search including BBC, ITV etc. If the programmes are available to watch/record on any channel (or download from catch-up) they will be listed. Note: this includes the ITV Catch Up service but not ITVX which is a separate app with its own search.

The search works across all channels, although like all searches can have the odd glitch

ITV do not make all shows available via on demand and more & more expect customers to use the ITVX app

Yes, that works!!  It just seems I choose two series that are not available, typical.....!! Thank you for the help. It would help if there were better instructions with the hand set!!
