How do I order a Sky Q replacement box?

Have reset the hard drive after technical errors etc, was ok for around a week and now its gone to a black or blue screen three times this morning (only thing possible at that point was a hard reset) - recordings now keep saying "no longer there" when trying to watch them etc...

 

Cant seem to find a way to order a doorstep swap?!?

And if you arrange a doorstep box swap don't forget to remove the viewing card from the faulty box before it disappears into a couriers van.
