Hi,
I have 2 sky Q mini boxes connected via WiFi to my main box. When stood next to those boxes I get 100% wifi reception, so I know they are working as WiFi boosters. When I am stood next to my main box I get either 0 or just 1 bar of WiFi signal strength, so it doesn't seem to be acting as a booster. It seems a weird issue given that the mini boxes are connected to the main box via WiFi. Any thoughts as why this is happening and how to resolve it?

Hi @Lisa+TG
The Q boxes are only WiFi hotspots by default when you are on Sky Broadband.
If you are not on Sky Broadband see the following link.

Many thanks, we use sky broadband and the mini boxes do appear to be acting as hotshots, it's the main sky q box that doesn't appear to be doing the same
