How do I get a refund?

I recently subscribed to TNT and Discovery+ through Sky.  Unfortunately, D+ would not allow access.  After 3 frustrating hours being referred, I was referred by Sky to an expert at Expert Squad, with the following message:

"OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page to join for only £1 (fully-refundable). While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Computer Technician about your situation and then connect you two. "

However, £1 and £35 was taken from my account by Expert Squad and their technician could not resolve the problem.

How do I get thr 'fully refundable" payment back?

Re: How do I get a refund?

This issue gets worse, of course.  I followed the advice and went back to Sky, citing this advice.  Despite my subscription relating ti the problem being with Sky, and they being the ones who referred me, saying in writing "fully refundable" (and Expert Squad not being able to resolve the issue), Sky responded by saying that I would ned to take it up with Expert Squad to whom they passed me on.

The 'gets worse' part is that Sky subsequently referred me to another external agency ("fully refundable") and they have also taken £35.00 from my bank account - and they, too, were unable to solve the problem. However, they did give me a phone number for Discovery+..  So, bottom line, I have paid out £72.00 to finally get a contact number at Discovery+, who did resolve the problem.

As far as Sky is concerned, they have contracted with me to provide TNT and Discovery+ but failed to support installation/access and instead cost me many hours of frustration, a couple of weeks or more of loss of service - and £72.00 to two companies with whom I have no relationship, but to whom Sky referred me.
