House move

Booked a house move last week but not received any confirmation on the booking and no active orders on my account even though I have booked it. There doesn't appear to be any way to check whether it has been confirmed or not. Concerned that my booking was not successful, so should I re book the move? Can't seem to speak with anyone to check my account.
