House move without equipment

I am moving house and have an engineer booked. Unfortunately I am unable to get the old sky box from the previous house due to a difficult circumstances. What can I do ?

If you're the account holder the loaned Sky Q equipment is your responsibility. Perhaps ask a family member or mutual friend to collect the equipment on your behalf.

Failure to recover the loaned Sky Q equipment (excluding the dish which is yours) will result in a (not small) bill from Sky (the equipment will still not belong to you, but the charge should be recoverable if you eventually return it)

I am just another Sky customer!

I have tried but messaged just ignored so I'm not sure at all other than send a box to the address for it to be returned 🤷 thanks for the feedback

Here's a full list of non-return charges:

 

The charge depends on what equipment you haven’t returned:

  • Sky Q 1TB box - up to £117
  • Sky Q 2TB box - up to £135
  • Sky Q Mini box - up to £52
  • Sky Max Hub - up to £75
  • Sky Broadband Hub - up to £53
  • Sky Q Hub - up to £50
  • Sky Max Pod - up to £68
  • Sky Broadband Booster - up to £33
