Hi Dear
I've recently subscribed sky broadband with entertainment along with Netflix. After subscription I received email from sky that I've cancelled sky Tv entertainment which I didn't because I want to use sky entertainment and Netflix.
Can you please look into this matter and help me out ?

In order to have Netflix you would need to have Utlimate TV, have you checked what your package now shows online?

SKY Entertainment is a legacy package that has been replaced with SKy SIgnature & SKY Ultimate.
The system would have automatically moved you onto the latest package from the old Entertainment package when you took out Netflix (called Ultimate on bills)
You will still get the same channels but the subscription name will have changed - it may also be cheaper than the old package
BTW SKY Box sets are now included as standard (although in SD unless you have the HD add on)
