Hi i have a sky q box and a small one in another room that won't connect

Hi I have a sky q box the main one and I have a small skyq in another room that keeps stopping and won't let me get past number 2 when I try to reconnect, it has always gone blank the screen for a second then alright, then 1 minute later same thing 1 second screen goes black then alright again and 2 times it just switches totally off and I have to ring sky again
