Re: Hi I want to send back my sky q device
@Iftim Do sky know your sending this back? Is this as a result of a cancellation/downgrade?
You can use your own packaging and can print off the labels for the returns here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband
Remember to keep your proof of posting.

Re: Hi I want to send back my sky q device
@Iftim
If you’ve cancelled successfully Sky usually send out the returns packaging near the end of the cancellation period, [31 days for Sky Q and 14 days for broadband], to the address that the subscription was registered at.
Note:~ If you’ve switched from Sky Q to Sky Glass the packaging is usually sent out after 31 days in case you change your mind about Glass.
You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

If you haven’t anything suitable contact Sky again and see if they’ll re-send. Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards and NOT via Direct Messaging

Re: Hi I want to send back my sky q device
hi @Iftim
do not send the kit back before you cancel - their systems can't really cope with things being done out of sequence.
We often see many custoomers being charged for non return of kit when following the correct sequence so sending kit back out of sequence is very likely to lead in non retrun charges being made even if they have got the kit and could take a while to get the system to recognise the kit as returned
