Hi, I need a new sky remote as mine has stopped working again. I can't make out going calls so need you to call me. I was supposed to get a call yesterday but no one rang me!!!!!
No one will call you as the result of you posting on here as we're customers. If your Sky Q remote is definitely broken/faulty, if you follow this link it should allow you to do some troubleshooting and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (this is not available for ROI customers). https://www.sky.com/help/articles/lost-stolen-damaged-sky-q-equipment#get-in-touch
It’s sometimes a bit quicker to purchase a new one from a retailer / main supermarket.
