Hi I'm having problems with my mini box upstairs tried to sort it out but not working and I'm paying for something that isn't working

@Powell78 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

Reboot your mini box
