Sky Q not connecting to wiFi

My Sky Q box will not connect to the new Sky router. Everything else in my home has connected ok. It finds the new router as an option in  Network but keeps on saying unsuccessful after trying to connect. Thoughts anyone?

Hi @Frenzyjake Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?
