1.The box has got stuck randomly on occasions but currently okay, but keeps doing this & shows as a fault in this app but following instructions and still not right.
2.its the internet connection that keeps dipping we can't work out why.
3. Would like to up grade because would like to Watch TLC & other channels.
4. Just so you know we keep getting scam phone calls on landline saying it's SKY from India know it's not you but vulnerable people might get ripped off so you might need to warn people they are pushy & aggressive. Please get in touch soon have dyslexic and worried about signing up to wrong thing speaking to a real person really helps me thank you
