Help please with new Sky Hub (Full Fibre"- to reconnect with my sky Q box for tv.

Hi I wonder if anyone can help.

I have the SKYQ box but recently upgraded to the full fibre, the new sky hub with fibre all installed and working but my tv connection is saying the following "It looks lilke you do not haavce internet connection right now.  If you're already set-up we'll keep trying to connect.  If you have changed your internet password or router you need to reconnect to your network.  Go to settings and check your network connection status to reset".

I have already done all the checking it says the same its saying press the "wps" button but on the new sky hub there is no "WPS" button. I noticed that there is a "WPS" button on the SKY Q Box so have tried that button holding it in and still not connecting. The tv is on and working but not connecting to the internet.

With not having this connection I can't log into Sky Store or My Sky.

The WPS button is low down on the right hand edge.

It's moulded in the same white plastic, so not necessarily easily spotted.  Pressing WPS on only one device does nothing at all.
