Hi,
can you please help, I lost internet connection to my sky Q box a few days ago, would not reconnect, I have tried connecting back to the router but just keeps saying the password is incorrect even though it is fine,
have tried resetting both router and sky box with no joy, all my other devices are working and connected.
is this a fault with the sky box?
