@Mick1053  what exactly is happening when you try and play recordings?

When you go to play a recording it just shows a picture but will not play

@Mick1053 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
